She works with organizations to develop optimal teams by playing The Leadership Game, facilitating Team SWOT analyses and leadership assessments. Rene helps business professionals break through career ceilings, unleash their potential within and discover the secrets of extraordinary leaders and executives.
Having a diverse background in public service and private sector spanning the continents of Africa to North America, Rene is an accomplished professional who brings dedication, expertise and passion to her work.She has established expertise in helping organizations and individuals deliver world class results while operating more efficiently.

The mission is two-fold yet founded on a solid principle-to bring people closer to God.
